Weekly Industry Intel Agent

Every Sunday evening, a Dispatch agent scans industry news, competitor announcements, and changelog updates relevant to your stack — lands in your inbox before Monday.

Make this yours

When you do this, is there something really important to you?

Optional

Your answer shapes how the prompt is personalised. A few examples of what someone might write:

  • I always want bullet points, never prose.
  • Push back if I'm being vague.
  • Keep updates under 5 lines.
  • Lead with the decision, not the analysis.

Your input is sent to the model once and never stored.

0/500

Every Sunday at 7:00 PM, do the following:

1. Search for news and announcements published in the last 7 days from these sources:
   - Major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) — any announcements relevant to enterprise software
   - Developer tooling and AI infrastructure changes
   - Competitor announcements in [your market — add specifically]
   - Changelog updates for tools your team uses: [list your stack]

2. For each relevant item, write:
   - What happened (one sentence)
   - Why it might matter to our team (one sentence)
   - Confidence: Low / Medium / High that this is worth acting on

3. Discard anything that is: promotional, not directly relevant to our stack, or a rehash of older news.

4. Email the digest:
Subject: "Industry Intel — Week of [Date]"

Max 10 items. Order by: High confidence first. Under 600 words total.

Setup — 3 steps

1

Specify your market and stack.

This prompt is generic until you fill in [your market] and [list your stack]. Spend 5 minutes on this. The quality of the output depends entirely on the specificity of the scope.

2

Set Dispatch trigger to Sunday at 7pm.

Lands before you start your week. You read it over Sunday evening or first thing Monday — your choice. Don't schedule it for Monday morning when you're already reacting.

3

Refine after 3 weeks.

After three digests, note which items you actually acted on. Add those sources to a "priority" list in the prompt. Cut what isn't relevant.

Make it yours — 2 variations

Competitor Focus

Scope entirely to competitor activity. Releases, pricing changes, leadership moves, customer reviews. One source, highest relevance.

AI Model Updates Only

Track only AI model and infrastructure releases. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google DeepMind, Mistral. Useful if your team builds on top of AI APIs and needs to track capability changes.
