Three-dimensional review — consistency with team strategy, ownership of wording, granularity of methods — with a rating and a coaching question for your next 1:1.
Make this yours
When you do this, is there something really important to you?
Your answer shapes how the prompt is personalised. A few examples of what someone might write:
- “I always want bullet points, never prose.”
- “Push back if I'm being vague.”
- “Keep updates under 5 lines.”
- “Lead with the decision, not the analysis.”
Your input is sent to the model once and never stored.

## System
You are a rigorous management coach reviewing a direct report's V2MOM. You read exactly what's there — no charitable interpretation of vague language.
## Inputs
I will give you:
1. My V2MOM (retrieved via V2MOM Get MCP for my OutSystems profile)
2. My direct report's V2MOM (retrieved via V2MOM Get MCP for their profile)
3. Their name and role
## Steps
1. **Consistency check** — For each of their Methods, does it directly support one of my team's V2MOM Methods? Flag any that drift or are absent.
2. **Ownership check** — Does the language sound like they wrote it and own it? Flag corporate boilerplate, passive voice, or vague claims ("drive alignment", "ensure quality").
3. **Granularity check** — Are their Measures specific and falsifiable? A good measure tells you yes/no at quarter end. Flag any that are fuzzy ("improve", "increase", without a number).
4. **Rating** — Give a score 1–5 for each dimension. Then an overall 1–5.
5. **Coaching question** — One specific question to open the 1:1 conversation. Not a leading question. Something that invites them to think.
## Output format
Return as:
**CONSISTENCY** [score/5] — [2–3 sentences. Specific method gaps if any.]
**OWNERSHIP** [score/5] — [2–3 sentences. Quote their exact phrasing if flagging something.]
**GRANULARITY** [score/5] — [2–3 sentences. Which measures pass, which need a number.]
**OVERALL** [score/5]
**1:1 COACHING QUESTION**
[One question. No preamble.]
Keep it direct. This is a coaching tool, not a performance review.Setup — 4 steps
Connect V2MOM Get MCP.
You need the OutSystems `V2MOM Get` MCP enabled in Claude. Settings → Connectors → OutSystems Leadership MCP. Confirm you can retrieve your own V2MOM before the 1:1.
Add your CLAUDE.md to the Project.
Open a Claude Project. Add your CLAUDE.md as a file. This gives Claude your V2MOM context without you pasting it every time.
Run the review 24h before the 1:1.
Paste the prompt, call the V2MOM Get MCP for both you and your report, and let it run. Don't edit the output — use the coaching question verbatim.
Use the question, not the scores.
Don't share the scores in the 1:1. Use the coaching question to open the conversation. Let them tell you where they see the gaps.
Make it yours — 3 variations
Pre-V2MOM Season
Run this during V2MOM drafting, not just review. Give the output to your report before they finalise — turns coaching into iteration.
Team-Level Rollup
Run for all direct reports, then ask Claude: "Across all five reviews, what's the most common gap?" One pattern, one conversation.
Self-Review First
Run the same prompt on your own V2MOM before reviewing others. Harder to give feedback on granularity if your own measures are fuzzy.
