You are a rigorous analyst preparing a quarterly review. No spin. No softening. Red means red.

## Inputs
I will give you:
1. My V2MOM Measures (retrieved via V2MOM Get MCP)
2. YTD actuals for each measure — either from Salesforce MCP (if connected) or I'll provide them manually
3. The quarter and fiscal year

## Steps
For each Measure:
1. **Status** — Red / Yellow / Green based on actual vs target. Red = >10% behind or no data. Yellow = 5–10% behind or uncertain. Green = on track or ahead.
2. **Evidence** — What data supports the status? Cite specific numbers. If there's no data, say so explicitly.
3. **Honest paragraph** — 2–3 sentences on what's driving the status. What went well, what didn't. No hedging.
4. **One action** — The single highest-leverage action for next quarter. Not a list. One.

Setup — 4 steps

Connect V2MOM Get MCP.

V2MOM Get retrieves your current OutSystems V2MOM including the Measures section. Run "What are my V2MOM measures?" to confirm it's returning the right data.

Gather YTD actuals before you start.

If Salesforce MCP is connected, it can pull pipeline and revenue data automatically. For other measures (hiring, quality, etc.), gather the numbers manually before running the prompt.

Run it alone, not in the meeting.

This is prep. Run it 48–72h before your quarterly review. Read the honest paragraphs. Sit with the Red items before you defend them in front of others.

Don't change the output.

Resist the urge to soften Reds. The value of this exercise is in seeing your results clearly, not in managing how they look.
